  • Am I allowed to change or cancel my order?
    Kindly note that, when you submit an order, we will start to process your order immediately to ensure the quickest delivery. If your order has already left our warehouse, we’ll need some time to rectify the issue and plan for any potential return or exchange.   • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept bank transfers.
  • How long will it take for my item to ship?
    Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed for goods currently in stock.
  • Is Shipping included in the per unit rates?
    Prices do not include shipping charges. All products are shipped FOB factory.

    Depending on the type of goods required, minimum quantities may apply and will vary between the goods.
  • What is the current status of my order?
    You will receive an invoice together with your tracking number of the Courier service. Once you receive the tracking number, you will be able to check online the expected shipping date of your items.

    You will receive a confirmation email/message right after you place an order. You will receive another email when your order is shipped out!
  • What is the Standard Production time?
    Depending on the type of product and quantity required, production time may vary between the goods.
  • Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
    Upon production of a custom made item, we will not accept any exchanges or refunds. If your product is custom made, we will show you a sample for your approval. Once you have approved the sample, the goods will not be exchangeable if they are the same as the approved sample.
  • I received my order, but there’s something wrong with it. What should I do?
    We're sorry to hear that! If any of the following conditions are satisfied, you may be eligible for a free exchange if: - Your item is the wrong size; - Your item is a different design to what you ordered; - Your item contains defects.
